Stacked Marketer Case Study

Stacked Marketer case study showing publishing website workflow improvements

Our work with Stacked Marketer shows what happens when a growing media company gets the right technical partner. Over the past year, what started as help with a few urgent issues turned into an ongoing partnership focused on security, editorial speed, and site performance.

Stopping Bot Attacks and Fake Sign-Ups

One of the first problems we tackled was a wave of bot attacks and fake sign-ups. To fix it, our team adapted a custom Refact anti-bot tool to fit Stacked Marketer’s setup. The result was better protection for real subscribers, cleaner data, and less noise for the team to manage.

Improving Editorial Workflows

Like many publishing teams, Stacked Marketer needed a better way to move content between editorial tools, its site, and its email platform. We built a more reliable publishing flow that reduced manual work and lowered the risk of errors.

That kind of operational cleanup matters for any team investing in web development for publishers, especially when content moves fast and deadlines are tight.

Designing for Better Engagement

We also redesigned the homepage to make the experience clearer and easier to use. The updated layout helps visitors find key content faster and supports stronger conversion paths across the site.

What Comes Next

Our work now extends beyond technical fixes. We are helping redesign the full website, sharpen the brand, and refresh the premium membership experience for Stacked Marketer Pro. This work builds on our broader experience in WordPress development for content-heavy websites that need to scale without adding friction for editors.

A full case study is coming soon with more detail on the strategy, decisions, and results behind this partnership.

Redesign a Website Without Losing SEO

You won’t find a redesign to have failed on account of a bad new design. The trouble is that the team has gone about it as a visual exercise, whereas search engines see it for what it is: a site migration. Tinker with enough of the moving parts at once – your URLs, templates, CMS, […]

Local SEO for Landscaping Companies

For the majority of landscaping owners, visibility is not the issue. It is a matter of priorities. The phone will ring, but you are more likely to get a call from a price shopper in some other town looking for an $80 mowing quote than for the $40,000 paver patio or drainage job that would […]

SEO for Landscaping Companies That Books Jobs

Say a homeowner lives three blocks from the last patio your crew put in and puts “paver patio installer near me” into Google. He is looking at the map pack and sees three companies. You are not one of them. One has thirty less reviews, and two of them put out worse work than you […]
