Empowering Workweek Creators with Scalable Microsites

Workweek has been our client for more than a year and we couldn’t be more proud of the results and how the relationship has grown. Workweek is a platform with a mission to empower creators, like the Marketing Millennials, to publish newsletters, build communities, and offer courses.

A Year of Increasing Collaboration

Refact’s journey with Workweek is started a year ago. Workweek first approached us with some minor technical issues, but that quickly changed into a much more comprehensive, exciting partnership. Since then, we have been working together to develop a functional platform that empowers its creators to create their own space.

Enabling Creativity and Branding with Scalable Microsites

The next stage was creating flexible microsites for each of the creators on Workweek. These microsites are a framework that support each creator’s unique style and branding. Using WordPress-native Gutenberg blocks, our developers have created a system that accommodates individual branding while still being easy to update and operate. These microsites are designed to scale and evolve independently. That empowers creators to own, personalize, and grow their digital spaces on their own terms.

Launching a Comprehensive Community Platform

Beyond the microsites themselves, Refact has been helping Workweek launch a full-scale community platform for its creators. The new community platforms include the one the Marketing Millennials’ paid membership community.

Using the community platform we created, users can access a dynamic member’s directory, a library of previously published content, and calendars and upcoming events. Workweek’s users can now access a vibrant and multifaceted digital community created by their favorite creator, fostering engagement and growth.

Streamlining Everything for Better Functionality

Our ongoing partnership with Workweek is going to turn the different parts of the project into a perfectly functioning whole. We want to ensure that every aspect of the Workweek platform works together just the right way, delivering maximum impact and smooth functionality.
